About the park:
Plattsburgh RV Park is a beautiful property location just outside
the City of Plattsburgh. The park consist of 161 RV sites and 7
log cabin rentals. Our RV sites are very large, flat and grassy.
We can easily accomodate the largest RV's on the road. We are conveniently
located to Lake Champlain (only a 5 minute walk) and other attraction
in the area. We look forward to having you come and stay with us.
Camping Cabins
Our cabins are 15 x 33 and are log style. They were built in 2002
and still very new. They are the perfect solution for those who
like to camp but don't have a trailer or RV. They also work well
for folks who are working in our area for a short period of time.
Our cabins are available for rent year round too. The cabins are
heated with natural gas and stay warm on the coldest winter day.
The cabin walls are constructed of solid 6 x 6 tongue and grooved
logs. They have insulated widows, doors and an insulated metal roof.
The cabins are furnished with beds and basic kitchen supplies (ie. plates, cutlery, pots, pans etc.). The cabins also have a pleasant view of our 1 acre pond. If you like the camping atmosphere but want the conveniences of home then our cabins may be just what you’re looking for. Please see our rates page for pricing.
Seasonal camping:
Many seasonal campers at Plattsburgh RV Park move to a Southern state for the winter where they occupy parks similar to Plattsburgh RV for the Winter months. Plattsburgh RV has a list of cooperating RV Parks in the South that participate in the "Camp North - Camp South" promotion. For those people who like to camp but don't like constant travel, we offer exceptional seasonal rates for our camping cabins.
