As far as activities go, the possibilities are endless! Many of our local restaurants have outdoor dining that accommodate dogs. For those who are willing to travel a bit further, the Adirondack region offers a variety of hiking trails that you can explore with your pet. Some of the popular pet-friendly hikes include Cascade Mountain, Mount Jo, and Poke-O-Moonshine Mountain.
There are also several dog parks in close proximity to PRVP, the closest being located at the entrance to the Plattsburgh City Beach, just one mile from the park!
